DESTINATION WEDDINGS
As a Romance Travel Specialist, 4 Simplicity Sake LLC is a great choice for your destination wedding. Your travel planner will assist you in determining the perfect location for your wedding services, provide a group rate for you and your wedding guests’ accommodations, and provide custom booking links for your guests to request information about travel and accommodations from your travel planner. Optional services include honeymoon registry, referrals to wedding/event planners, honeymoon travel planning, and creation and maintenance of a wedding Facebook group for your guests. The Facebook group will offer photos of the wedding accommodations, answer guest questions, and get your guests excited about your big day.
RETREAT PACKAGES
In partnership with Swanky Productions, 4 Simplicity Sake LLC provides customized retreat packages. Retreat packages can be added onto any vacation package or be purchased separately. Retreat packages are customized to fit your specific needs and expectations. Types of retreat packages are relationship building retreats (friend groups, siblings, family members etc.), couples retreats, blended family retreats, team-building retreats (business partners, colleagues, camps) and more. Retreat packages may include written activity guides, guided retreat exercises, location specific excursions and more.
GROUP TRAVEL
Your group specialist will assist you in determining the best travel options to meet your group’s needs. Once your location and method of travel are determined your group specialist will provide you with a custom booking link for your group members to easily complete and provide all information your group specialist will need to secure each member’s accommodations. This is a special tool that provides ease and simplicity for all group members, especially the group leader. The group leader will receive web-based documents that will track all group activity including reservation dates, payments, flight times (if applicable), room/cabin numbers, etc. Your group specialists will be your groups’ go-to person for questions, concerns, and all information regarding your group, so your group leader does not get overwhelmed with questions. You will always work with the same group specialist to ensure that you have one contact that is fully informed on all of the information regarding your group.
