MEET THE OWNER

Dawna Jones is Owner, and Lead Travel Planner, at 4 Simplicity Sake LLC. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, the University of Pittsburgh, and West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Dawna has been passionate about planning travel since her graduation from Penn State, when she began planning annual retreats for a group of close friends from college. While in graduate school she interned in the Office of Cross Cultural and Leadership Development, which piqued her interest in international travel and cultural exploration. Through these experiences she developed a passion for helping others see the world. Dawna has been inspired to empower and educate global citizens, through world travel and cultural exploration.

Dawna takes her role as a travel professional very seriously, continuously participating in new training and certification courses. Dawna strives to ensure that she is up-to-date on world news, destination specific resources, activities, and specialty resorts to provide you with the best possible travel experience. Some of the places Dawna has traveled: Barcelona, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Honolulu, Ocho Rios, Riviera Maya, Nassau, Panama City, and more.

  • I used this site and worked with Ms. Jones on several travel events. She was great and did a wonderful job helping to plan my trip to Hawaii. She was able to work within my budget and even provide me with several package options to choose from. While on vacation, I ran into a problem (during hotel check-in) and was told that my reservation for a room with two double beds was not guaranteed and that it would cost an additional fee to have a room with two double beds; even though my reservation clearly indicated two double beds (which I paid extra to have). I notified Ms. Jones and she contacted the hotel directly, while I was at the front desk, and cleared everything up. Not only did I get my requested room with two double beds, but there was no additional fee. She provided prompt support where an immediate solution was needed. This could have set a negative tone for my vacation. Ms. Jones also notified me directly to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of the reservation. It was a great trip! I am so glad to have pre-paid for several tours and attractions within my package. I will definitely use 4 Simplicity Sake services in the future. I look forward and trust that Ms. Jones will continue to provide her expertise in helping with my travel needs.
